Andy oversees all strategic decisions made on behalf of neoNavitas. Andy has over 25 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry and continues to deliver successful change in organisations looking to improve the way they engage with the NHS.
Phil is responsible for all aspects of delivery by the neoNavitas Director team. Phil has been with neoNavitas for 2 years, and his leadership skills have been developed through 15 years of management in the pharmaceutical industry.
Chris is responsible for the line management and development of the neoNavitas Director team. Chris has 24 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and has successfully delivered a diverse range of propositions to NHS stakeholders since joining neoNavitas in 2014.
Richard provides strategic and tactical market access support for specialised medicines. Richard is a highly experienced and successful market access professional, with an ability to rapidly identify key influencing factors and to build significant value for both manufacturers and customers.
Marie is accountable for delivering neoNavitas commercial objectives in Scotland and Northern Ireland. Marie combines 22 years of pharmaceutical expertise with 4 years in NHS management to effectively deliver market access, business strategy and customer-driven solutions.
John is the lead account manager for all neoNavitas clients. John joined neoNavitas in 2016 and originally gained experience in field-based positions in primary care and retail. He has since moved into a full-time account management role.
Nicole works in partnership with John to support the management of all neoNavitas clients. Nicole brings over 3 years of extensive account management experience, having managed a portfolio of prestigious large accounts in the travel industry.
