neoNavitas Group Holdings are delighted to make the following announcement.

With immediate effect Andy Holgate has been appointed International Senior Vice President Business Development of neoNavitas Group Holdings Limited.

 

Andy joined the organisation 12 months ago and has done an outstanding job in terms of contracted new business and has brought several new clients to our group in the UK, Europe and North America.

 

Andy will be responsible for leading and co-ordinating our total BD effort across neoNavitas Group Holdings companies. Andy is appointed to the board and will report directly to Group COO Simon Doyle.

 

Andy was previously the UK Managing Director for Sankyo in the UK and has held a number of senior business development positions in service industries, most recently with UDG Healthcare.

With immediate effect Mark Pringle has taken up the position of Senior Vice President Capability Development for the group companies of neoNavitas Group Holdings Limited.

 

Mark has thirty years’ experience in senior learning and development roles and has created two successful coaching businesses. Mark will continue to manage his existing clients through MORExcellent which will become a wholly owned subsidiary of neoNavitas Group Holdings ltd. Mark will spend most of his time consulting with clients and designing bespoke offerings which KAMClinic.com now has the capability to deliver to a global audience on demand and with quality.

 

Mark says “My clients trust my ability to design and deliver tailored courses. Only now do I see a way of getting my work to a much bigger audience without compromising on quality. In the learning and development world we are only just realising how difficult remote classrooms and 1:1 coaching is. KAMClinic.com have been perfecting the art for years and they do it better than I can and in many more languages.”

The international demand for KAMClinic.com has been such that we have rapidly built out programmes into German, Italian, French and Spanish. We also have our US entity working well. Mark will allow us to engage with Country, European and Global teams to build or implement client specific programmes globally, on demand and at high quality.”

neoNavitas Group Holdings are delighted to make the following announcement.

From July 20th Simon Doyle will become Chief Operating Officer for the group companies of neoNavitas Group Holdings limited. This includes neoNavitas, Insypher and KAMClinic.com.

 

Simon was previously the President of Global Client Relations at STEM Healthcare and has also held senior Global and European marketing and commercial roles in Intercept, Allergan and Astellas. Simon will be responsible for accelerating the international expansion of the group beyond the European/US footprint it has currently.

 

Simon says “I am convinced that the neoNavitas Group has developed the most coherent and high-quality suite of services that pharmaceutical clients are crying out for. All the group companies can provide what the customer needs, when they need it most, therefore being ideally positioned as partners to help ensure success at critical moments of the brand lifecycle. This coupled with the international expansion makes it incredibly exciting”
